The Vetted Relay list is composed of 2 sub-sets:
- May use (e.g. manifold, titan relays) (as at Oct 16, 2025)
- Must use some (the rest)
An NO / Cluster (in DVT) must use at least 1 from must use some, ideally as many as possible (or operationally feasible, as some relays have bad performance in certain geos). NOs / Clusters don't HAVE to use ALL relays, but each cluster must use the same sub-set of relays to minimize issues. Clusters who are "filtering" clusters due to the requirements of some of the participants should similarly use a shared sub-set of (or) all filtering relays.

Relay Maintenance Committee - Feb 2023 Proposal
The Relay Maintenance Committee recently reviewed the requests for inclusion into the mainnet Lido vetted relays list by three new relay operators: Agnostic relay Aestus relay Ultra sound relay The members of the RMC assembled, filled out, and reviewed an assessment template for each of the relays.

RMC Proposal - Remove deprecated Eden relay, Add Titan relays
The Relay Maintenance Committee reviewed the request from the Titan relay team for inclusion in the “may use” list. After an extensive vetting and review period, during which the Titan relay has gone from permissioned to permissionless for builders, and monitoring of relay performance, the RMC has reached consensus to suggest to modify the vetted relays list to include the two Titan relays (filtering and non-filtering) The assessment can be found here .
