Module Updates
Community Staking Module
Community Staking Module is live on mainnet!
Read the blog post about the first ever permissionless module of the Lido Protocol and watch the live celebration of CSM release.
As preparation to the on chain vote that enabled CSM on mainnet and the mainnet release itself, a lot of things were completed during October:
- Two audits have been finalized with no High or Critical findings
- CSM contracts have been deployed to mainnet
- CSM documentation has been updated
- CSM Widget has been improved based on the community feedback
- Early Adoption list for mainnet has been formed
Additionally, the proposal to integrate the CSM into the Distributed Validator Vault has been approved by the Lido DAO, allowing stake from the vault to flow to the Community Staking Module and giving Vault users 80% of the DVT provider incentives allocated to CSM operators that utilize DVT within the module
Simple DVT Module
Distributed Validator Vault
- So far has brought 7,400 of new ETH staked to the Lido protocol, equivalent to 230 validators

Node Operator configuration updates
Relays
The Lido Mainnet Vetted Relays List has been updated!
- Eden relay has been removed
- Titan Relays have been added to the "may use" list
The updated list can be found here:
All Node Operators must update their relay configurations accordingly
Oracle Address rotation
Instadapp updated their addresses associated with the Lido Oracle set:
From 0x1Ca0fEC59b86F549e1F1184d97cb47794C8Af58d
(OLD)
To 0x73181107c8D9ED4ce0bbeF7A0b4ccf3320C41d12
(NEW)
Those Node Operators using Ejector/Check against Oracle Allowlist in custom setup must performs the changes of the Oracle Address.
To verify these addresses, the getMembers()
method on the VEBO contract, accessible on etherscan using the instructions available here can be used.
Keys API
KeysAPI on mainnet was updated to add functionality for CSM.
For those Node Operators running keys-API on mainnet it is required to update KeysAPI to the latest version.
Community Lifeguards Initiative
Community Lifeguards published the Q3 report covering significant initiatives to support solo staking and community growth around the Ethereum ecosystem. This quarter saw the onboarding of a new Community Lifeguard meant to cover the European region, substantial updates to the Solo Staker List, and the successful execution of 10 community activities across Asia and Latin America.
Highlights included the expansion of satellite communities, and high community engagement with a satisfaction score improvement of over 20%. Events like the Home Staking Summit in Singapore and the Ethereum Argentina Staking Day fostered in-person learning and community support for staking, with StakeCat and others contributing tutorials, guides, and roundtable discussions.
The Community Lifeguards also focused on gearing up for Q4’s CSM mainnet launch, supporting existing node operators and expanding the "Lido Staking Tribes" initiative to boost decentralized participation.
